What are your candles made of?
We only use 100% soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils in our candles. We also use a wooden wick as it is more sustainable (the crackle gives it an extra effect). 

Where do you get your supplies?
As much as possible, we buy all our supplies from NZ-based suppliers. This means that on the event that they do not have stock available, there will be some delays in creating the candles. This will be communicated if this happens.

What materials do you use for packaging?
We use clear glass jars for our candle vessels and a cotton bag to store your candle, making them reusable once you have finished your candle. 

We also use recycled boxes for sending your products and also biodegradable packing peanuts.

Do you accept empty glass jars to be re-used?
We are currently exploring our options on how we can do this in the future so watch this space.

Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately we only ship in New Zealand. This might change in the future. We will keep you updated.
